Stay in shape with our high quality equipment and capable Wellness staff.
Our facility is a thirty–five hundred square foot, heart pounding, muscle pumping, fat losing, feel good fitness facility. We offer a full line of Cybex Strength Systems weight machines as well as free weights, Treadmills, Nautilus Recumbent Cycles, Stairmasters, Versa Climber (for those who are ready for a serious workout).
Our Wellness staff will provide you with professional assistance in designing a personalized exercise program just for you. We also offer a full complement of health, fitness, and wellness education programs to increase community awareness about the benefits of exercise, proper nutrition, and health education. Hey, it's not just boring naptime programs we run; we do all kinds of cool things like fitness challenges, HeartWalks, and fun runs. You can even win T–Shirts; which we all know you'll do anything for.
